These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the technology blog and related services operated by APPLE2NE1 (“we”), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and APPLE2NE1.

Public user registration is not currently offered. Services may change for operational or technical reasons.

- Services are provided free of charge unless special circumstances apply.
- All or part of the services may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, failures, security incidents, natural disasters, or operational needs.
- Where changes or interruptions are planned, we will provide advance notice where possible.
Article 5. User Obligations
Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms and must not:
- Infringe another person’s rights, reputation, or privacy
- Post illegal information, malicious code, spam, or false information
- Disrupt normal service operation or exploit security vulnerabilities
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content or third-party content without permission

Authors are responsible for the comments they write. We may hide, edit, or delete content without prior notice if it is illegal, defamatory, exposes personal information, constitutes advertising spam, or interferes with service operation.

- Before applying commands, code, server settings, or similar instructions, users must perform backups and verification in their own environment.
- Unless we act intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by use of the content, external service failures, or users’ configuration changes.

- The Site may contain links to external websites or affiliate products and services.
- If a user purchases through an affiliate link, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to the user.

We will endeavor to resolve disputes concerning use of the services through mutual consultation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through consultation and litigation is initiated, it will be handled under the laws of the Republic of Korea and the procedures of the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
