About Vibe Build
Vibe Build is a personal technology blog documenting the processes its author has learned and tested firsthand, from setting up servers to developing, deploying, and operating web applications.
Rather than showing only the finished result, it also explains how the environment was prepared, why commands were run, what caused errors, and how they were resolved. The goal is to create documentation that helps beginners understand the workflow and safely check each step in their own environment.
Main Topics
This blog covers the following topics:
- Ubuntu and Linux server setup and operation
- Remote development environments with SSH and VS Code
- Docker Engine and Docker Compose
- Nginx web servers and reverse proxies
- React, Vite, Node.js, and Express
- MySQL and Redis
- Vibe Coding exercises using Codex CLI
- Vibe Coding applications
- Error analysis and verified solutions
Documentation Principles
Vibe Build’s technical documentation follows these principles:
- Distinguish results obtained firsthand from information checked against official documentation.
- Do not present unverified information as fact.
- When providing commands, explain where to run them, their prerequisites, and how to check the results.
- Before commands that could delete data or interrupt a service, explain what they affect and the risks involved.
- Explain that results may differ depending on the operating system, software version, and environment.
- When correcting errors, update the related documentation and verification information together.
- Prioritize official documentation and reliable sources, recording sources and the date checked where possible.
Use of AI Tools
Codex CLI and generative AI tools may be used for writing documentation, reviewing code, and analyzing errors. AI suggestions are not automatically treated as facts. Where possible, they are checked against official documentation, execution results, and actual screens.
Using AI does not automatically guarantee accuracy. Unverified results are not described as work performed firsthand, and important commands and settings are explained so readers can verify them again in their own environment.
